Exchanges and returns

The buyer may exchange or return an item without defects within 14 calendar days from receiving the order if the following conditions are met:

• the item has not been used;
• the item keeps its original appearance and properties;
• there is no damage or wear marks;
• original packaging, labels, tags and accessories are preserved.

When returning an item without defects, the buyer may:

• exchange it for another model, color or size if available;
• choose another item, with any price difference recalculated;
• receive a refund.

Delivery costs for returning or exchanging an item without defects are paid by the buyer.

If a manufacturing defect is found in the purchased item, the buyer may:

• request replacement with a similar item;
• exchange it for another model, with any price difference recalculated;
• receive a full refund.

The store must be informed about the defect within 14 calendar days from its discovery.

If necessary, the store may inspect the item or request an expert check. In that case, review of the exchange or return request may take up to 30 calendar days.
